Driver Notes
• Our drivers are careful, considerate and trustworthy. Most carry a mobile phone, and will be happy to connect you to our office It is however rare for drivers in India to know sufficient English to hold a regular conversation with you.
They generally have just a Broken English, adequate only to assist you with taking you to all the sightseeing places and basic requirements such as comfort stops, meals or a spot of shopping or photography stops. Drivers are not a substitute for guides or representatives.
If you wish to know more on history / cultural of destinations which is possible only by a guide not by a driver .Driver duty is only from 09.00 - 19.00 hours every day unless there is any Airport /Railway station transfer . Duration mentioned in the itinerary is approximate driving time from place to place or hotel to hotel without any stops .Extra time will be taken for Refreshment stops /Photo stops etc
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 Medium or Large suitcase and 1 small size hand bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Extra Km charges applicable if the starting point and Ending Point is different (only if Minimum Total Free Km is completed )
• Free Km provided only for the no of days booked ,Extension of our Car /driver services cost 45 USD (80 Kms Free) Per day
• Car /Driver cant be used for the particular day in case of any political strike /Protest

All Cars we use are Air Conditioned and have Proper seat belts . Pick up can be arranged from Cochin Airport or Railway station or anywhere from Cochin Hotels with in City limits
While booking guest have the option to select no of days vehicle required at your disposal while you are in Cochin/Kerala
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 6 full days before the start time: 100% refund.
Cancel between 2 and 6 days before the start time: 50% refund.
Cancel within 2 days of the start time: 0% refund.
