Day 1 ARRIVAL IN COCHIN & SIGHT SEEING

   Arrival in Cochin, After the customs formalities, Meet with MTA Representative. Our Representative will be waiting for You Outside the exit gate of International Airport.
   Visit the most cosmopolitan city in South India: the Chinese Fishing Nets.

   Mattancherry Palace

   1 hour Admission ticket included

   Later Visit the Mattancherry Palace, features Kerala murals depicting portraits and exhibits of the Rajas of Kochi.

   Church of Saint Francis

   30 min Admission ticket included

   Saint Francis Church, in Fort Kochi, Kochi, originally built in 1503, is one of the oldest European churches in India and has great historical significance as a mute witness to the European colonial struggle in the subcontinent.

   Paradesi Synagogue

   30 min Admission ticket included

   The Paradesi Synagogue is the oldest active synagogue in the Commonwealth of Nations, located in Kochi, Kerala, in South India.(The first synagogue in India was built in the 4th century in Kodungallur when the Jews had a merchantile role in Kerala.

   Afternoon enjoy the dance show of Kathakali. Elements of the art of Kathakali are found in the ancient ritual plays of Hindu temples and various dance forms that are believed to have been gradually developed in Kerala from as early as the 2nd Century until the end of the 16th Century. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 2 COCHIN - MUNNAR ( 145 KM – 4 Hrs Approx)

   Munnar

   Drive to Munnar, Set at an altitude of 6000 ft in Idukki district, Munnar was the favoured summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. Famous for Unending tea plantations, pristine valleys and mountains and exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests. Arrival and checkin. Overnight .

Day 3 MUNNAR - PERIYAR ( 100 KM – 2 Hrs Approx)

   Periyar Spice & Ayurvedic Garden

   1 hour Admission ticket included

   Continue in the direction of Periyar, located at 900 meters on the Western Ghats, in a splendid scenery of tea and spice plantations. The Periyar National Park is one of the most important and ancient projects to protect the Indian tiger. Arrival and hotel accommodation in the area of Thekkady.
   Along the way, a brief tour of spice plantation and driving through the gardens of Tea, Coffee and cocoa.

   In the afternoon take a Jeep Safari in Mountains. Jeep safari in Thekkady will take you to not only off-track locations to see wildlife, but also some of the most famous attractions in and around the area.

Day 4 PERIYAR - ALLEPPEY ( 120 KM – 3 Hrs Approx)

   Alleppey Backwaters

   Drive to Alleppey. En-route enjoy the panoramic views of Nilgiri Mountains and visit the Sacred Heart church in the middle of Tea Gardens. Arrive at Alleppey and embark in your Houseboat. Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the life around the Vembanad lake during your stay in the Houseboat. You will be provided the Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast next day in the Houseboat only. Overnight in Houseboat.

Day 5 ALLEPPEY - KUMARAKOM (45 KM – 1.5 Hrs Approx)

   Kumarakom

   3 hours

   Disembark from the Houseboat and proceed towards the Kumarakom. Arrive at Kumarakom and spend the day with relax and leisure in the resort. You may take the optional excursions. Overnight

Day 6 KUMARAKOM

   24 hours

   Full day at leisure for Ayurvedic treatments, relaxation and other activities. Overnight.

Day 7 KUMARAKOM - COCHIN ( 260 KM – 5 Hrs Approx)

   Kochi (Cochin)

   Morning free for leisure. Transfer to Cochin and later to the International Airport. No Accommodation.
